Directions for Use
Take 1-2 capsules, per day with a meal.

I came across these capsules by chance and started to take them on a regular basis as I did have issues with my knees. After running out of my initial supply a month or so ago, the aches in my knees have slowly returned, will now make sure I always have them in stock!
